The memorandum of cooperation signed between St. Tamar King University and Western Caspian University (Baku, Azerbaijan) includes the development of academic, educational and scientific cooperation and deepening of the relationship between the universities.
The memorandum envisages mutual exchange of students, academic, scientific and administrative personnel, as well as the distribution of academic materials, publications and various scientific information in the international scientific space.
