The art studio named after Esma Oniani hosted a group of Georgian artists and art connoisseurs. The participants of the meeting expressed their support for the Ukrainian people.
The meeting was opened by the rector of the university Archimandrite Adam Vakhtang Akhaladze. He spoke about the challenges facing Georgian culture, art, world civilization and, therefore, civil society and the higher education system.
Speeches were given by: Professor Gia Sulaberidze, head of the studio Davit Totibadze, artist Irakli Azikuri, manager of Rustavi educational building Gary Chafidze, artist Avtandil Mosiashvili, professor Inga Ghutidze.
The participants agreed that the discussion on protection and promotion of cultural heritage, research of modern Georgian and world fine art, development of teaching the basics of applied art and other current problems will continue at the next meetings.
